Some interesting news this week in the Tampa Bay area.

Tribridge technology firm acquired by Dxc: http://www.reuters.com/article/brief-dxc-technology-acquires-tribridge-idUSASA09W0R
My former company sub-contracted work from Tribrdige so I worked with some of their resources for a while. A project to integrate SSRS reports into SharePoint.
I never worked for HSN, although I interviewed there a while back and backed out of the interview process.

By the way, if you haven't noticed, downtown St. Pete has revamped and grown tremendously since I worked there in 1995-6 and 1998. The nightlife is amazing, the number of new condo's and townhomes going up is incredible. It's got art, museum's, USF St. Pete, nightlife along with Tampa Bay Rays and Tampa Bay Rowdies. Downtown "burg" has really transformed, I can attest to that.
