Prioritizing the work based on demand and hierarchy.
Delegating the work based on complexity, available resources and business knowledge.
Representing the department in meeting.
Talking and interacting with the customers on a daily basis.
Mentoring the developers.
Rolling up the sleeves when the work has to get done.
I don't know what's come over me. 20 years of working and I finally found a job that peaks my interest and intellectual curiosity.
